Bob Elder has been in the automotive business for over 20 years. Specializing in customer service he went on to teaching customer service skills nationwide for the largest retail automotive services provider, Bridgestone Retail Operations, owners of Firestone Complete Auto Care and TiresPlus. After years of traveling the country teaching, he eventually came to Garttmeyer Automotive to serve as service advisor. Here he has found a home doing what he loves, working one on one with customers advising them how to best maintain and service their vehicles with the advice and skill of the best technicians in the business.

Darren was born and raised in Lancaster, PA. He graduated from UTI Exton after completing the Ford and Mercedes Benz programs. He started working on cars professionally in 2014 but has enjoyed working on his own cars since he began driving when turned 16. He started his career at Quick Lube and has since worked with multiple dealerships. Darren has been a member of the Garttmeyer team since 2021 and has enjoyed every minute of it. In his free time, he enjoys playing coed softball and watching any Philly sports.
